What is Open VAC technology?
Open VAC is our innovative high-vacuum technology.Fresh ingredients are placed into the container and sealed under extreme vacuum conditions, creating a near oxygen-free environment that helps preserve the quality and flavor of the food.
Are the products really ready to eat?
Yes. Our products are fully ready to eat directly from the container, anytime and anywhere.
Are the products shelf stable?
Yes. Our products are shelf stable and can be stored safely at room temperature without refrigeration.
Can the products be heated?
Yes. Although they can be enjoyed directly from the container, our bowls can also be heated in the microwave once the lid has been removed.
How do you open the container?
The container features an easy and safe opening system. Simply remove the top tab to release the vacuum and open the bowl, without sharp edges.

For us, clean label means creating products with real and recognizable ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colors, additives, or artificial flavors.
Where are your products made?
All ofour products are Spanish-made using carefully selected ingredients and produced by a food manufacturing group with more than 60 years of experience.

What if I have food allergies?
All ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on each product to help you make informed decisions. Our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, and lactose-free, and are made without preservatives, artificial colors, or additives. All ofour recipes are also suitable for vegan diets.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within an estimated 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with delivery updates.
Do the products require refrigeration during delivery or storage?
No. Our products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration,allowing them to be delivered to your home or selected delivery location.
Orders & Support
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our products are sold in packs of 6 units. We also offer mixed packs and customizable options so you can discover our different recipes.
What happens if I have an issue with my order?
We do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue during transportation, we will review the case and replace the affected product. To do so, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos showing the condition of the product received.
