Quinoa Breakfast Power Bowl

Safety Note
- Discard lid before heating
- Microwave container only
- Caution: container will be hot after heating
Ingredients
- 1 pack Mediterranean Quinoa with Vegetables & Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bacon
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Hot sauce (optional)
- Toasted bagel (for serving)
Instructions
While your bacon and eggs are cooking, heat the quinoa or use it straight from the pack for a quick lunch on the go.
- Pull tab to open the quinoa pack
- Microwave the container for 90–120 seconds
- Carefully remove from microwave (container will be hot)
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Fry eggs to your preferred doneness
- Transfer quinoa to a bowl
- Top with bacon, eggs, and avocado
- Add hot sauce if desired
- Serve with a toasted bagel
