Quinoa Breakfast Power Bowl

Safety Note

  • Discard lid before heating
  • Microwave container only
  • Caution: container will be hot after heating

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Mediterranean Quinoa with Vegetables & Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • Toasted bagel (for serving)

Instructions
While your bacon and eggs are cooking, heat the quinoa or use it straight from the pack for a quick lunch on the go.

  1. Pull tab to open the quinoa pack
  2. Microwave the container for 90–120 seconds
  3. Carefully remove from microwave (container will be hot)
  4. Cook bacon until crispy
  5. Fry eggs to your preferred doneness
  6. Transfer quinoa to a bowl
  7. Top with bacon, eggs, and avocado
  8. Add hot sauce if desired
  9. Serve with a toasted bagel

Tip
Perfect for breakfast — and just as great for a quick lunch or meal prep.
Reheats perfectly in the microwave.
